URE: Examining gastrointestinal parasite loads in large game species within the Trans Pecos region of Texas

Jake grew up in Lubbock, Texas. He began his college career at West Texas A&M, but shortly transferred to Texas Tech to pursue a B.S. in Natural Resource Management: Wildlife Biology. He has been working on spatial ecology of aquatic macroinvertebrates. He is interested in carnivore ecology and management and hopes to pursue a graduate research project with carnivores. Jake graduated from TTU in May 2025.
